Join us Wednesday evenings for a 22 mile ride around town.  Helmets (always) and lights (at this time) are required. Pace is 16-18 MPH.  This is a "no drop" ride so you won't be left behind but, please be prepared to keep up the advertised pace.  Ride leaves at 6 PM... Yes, it really can be done and we are seeing many of our regular customers taking it upon themselves to ride to work.  You can do it too if you live a reasonable distance from the office and with a bit of advance planning.  The right equipment also makes all the difference.  We can help you select an appropriate bike and the accessories needed such as racks, bags, lights, fenders and so forth.  If you already have a bike, let us help you with the extras.  This is an excellent way to help build health, fitness and contribute less to air pollution all while saving money on gas.  There are also lots of tips to be found on the web
